We have developed an entire program, the Elon Perennial Program, that is focused solely on our dedication to providing a positive experience for our residents. The program is designed to show our customers how much we value them right from the start, with a thorough and professional Move-In Orientation including a property tour, apartment tour and clear and precise explanations of the lease documents. Throughout a customer's tenancy, we continue to show our appreciation with scheduled personal check-in calls and regular resident events to bring the community together.
